Creativity doesn’t have to be grand, it can be a sketch a day, a pottery class, a poem, a winter blanket.
It’ll help open your mind to possibilities and is important for personal and professional growth as you move through your life.
Creativity relieves stress, builds confidence, and adds a new spark to life.

Where To Start
Sometimes getting started is the hard part. That's okay. Be kind to yourself.
Life isn’t easy, it’s important to step back, take a breath, and get creative. So...
Make time to pause, sit in stillness without distraction and eyes closed or looking at nature. Focus on your breathing. Relax. Realize your thoughts are like clouds floating by, and let them. Keep focusing on your breathing. Relax more.
Then ask yourself, if you could do anything, what would you like to do that you've never done before? What have you done before that made you happy? What would bring you joy?
This is where you can start.

I like mixing herbs to make delicious and healthy teas. I boil water to drink tea at least three times a day. I bought a Keurig for when I'm at work that is dedicated solely to making teas.
